While the holders should make it through to the next round of the Copa Del Rey with few problems, this game looks unlikely to be a high-scoring clash
The round of 32 in the Copa Del Rey tends to be relatively uninteresting with the bigger teams having the safety net of a second leg at home to get out of any trouble incurred in the first meeting.
Barca toiled away to third tier Cultural Leonesa five weeks ago and needed an injury time goal to record a 1-0 win. While the scoreline is not definitive we should expect Ernesto Valverde's men to finish the job at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
Barcelona are the shortest priced team to win in the Copa Del Rey this week with bet365 offering them at just 1/20 (1.05) and the Catalans are unbeaten at home in the competition since February 2013.
Cultural have been on a disappointing run in the Segunda B division since the first leg, drawing four and losing one of their five league matches. The side from the city of Leon are priced at 33/1 (34.00) for a memorable win while the draw is available at 11/1 (12.00).
The tournament rules state that teams must have at least seven members of the first team squad on the pitch at any time, so Valvderde is not able to ring the changes as much perhaps as he would like. The tie is also far from won, so we should expect a relatively strong Blaugrana team.
Luis Suarez, Sergi Roberto, Samuel Umtiti and Rafinha remain injured for the defending champions. Meanwhile the likes of Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique and Marc-Andre Ter Stegen are expected to be rested.
The hosts have won this competition for each of the last four seasons and while it is not the most important trophy they compete for, the Copa Del Rey has become special for the Catalans.
The visitors meanwhile will enjoy their trip to the Camp Nou but will be more focused on their upcoming league game with Guijuelo and Cultural may even rest players on Wednesday night.
A comfortable if unspectacular home win looks on the cards with Barcelona likely to be too good for the visitors - even with a rotated side. The hosts to win and under 3.5 goals in the game looks appealing at 6/5 (2.20) with this bet paying out with a 1-0, 2-0, 2-1 or 3-0 win for the hosts.

I don't see an alternative for this formation. Malcolm absolutely has to start. Dembele is full of energy and Munir should be out there to prove a point. A very energetic forward three. The midfield should be headed by the creativity of Puig and Aleña with king Arturo holding down the fort and leading the team. At left back Alba has trouble from being hit in the head and and should get well deserved rest anyways while Miranda deserves to a chance to prove himself as first team material. The rest Pique is rested along with our main keeper. I expect to see Dennis Suarez in the mix at some point in the game. We should win this easy considering the players play well and Dembele's explosive form. Let's see some more magic. Forca Barça

Resting Messi for me is not okay, This is football, anything can happen. I know Barcelona won the first leg 1-0. We should keep Messi in the Beach. because, if you watch the first game, the home side had more goals scoring importunate more than Barcelona. you know even if a team is not doing well, when it comes to Barcelona, they will want to die. Real Betis is an Example of it.
