Bukayo Saka has signed his new Arsenal contract.

As reported by football.london, an official announcement was expected at some point (Tuesday) and that has been the case as the confirmation is a huge boost for Gunners supporters as well as manager Mikel Arteta as he looks to build a squad capable of challenging for the big trophies in the very near future.

And now it can be revealed that Saka has been rewarded for hard work on and off the pitch by officially putting pen-to-paper on a new four-year contract with Arsenal and as the deal is thought to be worth at least £200,000-a-week, but could rise to £300,000-a-week due to bonuses, he becomes the club's best-paid player.

With 13 goals and 11 assists to his name across all competitions so far this season, there's no denying that the England international can be a key player for the Gunners for many years to come, so naturally, supporters will be delighted to hear that he has officially ended speculation with regard to a move to Liverpool or Manchester City.

Furthermore, based on previous comments from Saka, signing a new deal allows him to achieve his dream with Arsenal next season and that's testing himself on the biggest stage; The UEFA Champions League. A competition that the Gunners will be back in after sealing a top-two Premier League finish.

"I think the Champions League creates so many special nights and it’s a dream for me still to experience one of them and hopefully many more of them," he told Sky Sports last year.
