Here is your Arsenal morning roundup on Friday, June 16.

Caicedo transfer twist

The race to sign Brighton star Moises Caicedo this summer has taken another twist as Arsenal are claimed to have withdrawn their interest. That's according to the Times, which states that the Gunners will not be pursuing a move, having previously monitored the potential of a deal.

The north London outfit made a bid for the 21-year-old in January, but failed to get a transfer over the line, with a move elsewhere seeming more likely now.

Rice agreement nears

Arsenal have made significant steps towards securing a transfer for Declan Rice in the past few days as recent reports claim that talks over personal terms have advanced. The 24-year-old is set to leave West Ham this summer as he reaches the final two-years remaining on his contract.

Stan Kroenke announcement

Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has reportedly extended his real estate portfolio by joining the Midway Rising group as the lead investor in the project to redevelop San Diego's 48-acre sports arena site. Perhaps best known for his involvement in endless sports franchises, most recently becoming the first owner to win North America's three major titles following Denver Nuggets' NBA Finals win, Kroenke also is heavily invested in a number of real estate assets.
