An economic report into the state of the football industry's finances has picked out Casemiro as Real Madrid's most valuable player.
The Brazilian is valued at 72.6 million euros, ahead of Raphael Varane (70.2 million) and Thibaut Courtois (67.9 million).
The report by KPMG reflects Casemiro's importance to Real Madrid since returning to the club after his loan spell with Porto in 2014/15.
The 28-year-old has become a key player for Zinedine Zidane and was a huge part of the three consecutive Champions League wins between 2016 and 2018. He was also important in the 2014 European Cup victory under Carlo Ancelotti.
Casemiro has played 270 games for Real Madrid, scoring 27 goals, while he has represented Brazil on 48 occasions since making his Selecao debut in 2011.
