The hacker wanted people to think that Barcelona have put an end to their wait for the Dutch centre-back's decision.

Barcelona have announced that the message on social media is not Abidal's. In any case, many people, directors and executives within the club are thinking along those lines. They consider that if the Ajax international is so suspicious of signing for the Camp Nou team then he shouldn't sign. De Ligt knew which centre-backs Barcelona count when he sat down months ago to negotiate and he listened to the proposal. Nothing has changed. The competition is the same.
