Cubarsi: Mbappé is a player with tremendous potential who can change a game single-handedly

Cubarsi gave an interview to ESPN ahead of El Clásico.

When asked about Ivorian defender Yán Diomandé, Cubarsi told ESPN: "Diomandé has shown a very high level in recent matches, and Real Madrid's game plan is very clear right now. We must focus and try to limit him and other key players, minimizing the chances they can create. This will give us a better opportunity to win."

Speaking about Brazilian forward Endrick, the Spanish international said: "Endrick is a very good player with great potential. He may not have gotten many opportunities at first, but he's now starting to find his rhythm and form. He's also one of the players we must pay close attention to."

When asked if Vinícius' absence from El Clásico would benefit Barcelona, Cubarsi replied: "To be honest, we don't focus too much on which players the opponent is missing. Once we know the starting lineup, we will mentally prepare to face the players we need to limit, while also being mindful of their bench options."

Regarding how to prepare to face French star Mbappé, Cubarsi said: "Mbappé is a player with tremendous potential who can change a game through individual ability alone. We must stay focused for 90 minutes because you know he can decide the match at any moment. Therefore, we must concentrate fully when facing him."
