New clues about the 'Dani Alves case' have been uncovered. The footballer has contradicted himself in his statement to the judge on an issue that, until now, was unknown.
The victim recognised one of the Brazilian's tattoos on his abdomen. According to El Mundo's judicial sources, the victim described the crescent-shaped tattoo that the right-back has on part of his abdomen.
When the judge asked about it, the footballer gave two different answers.
In the first, the Brazilian acknowledged having the tattoo, but in his version he said that it was the young woman who attacked him while he was sitting on the toilet.
The judge immediately dismantled this statement, pointing out that it was obvious that the footballer could never have seen the tattoo when he was sitting down because it would have been covered by his shirt at all times.
After the judge's intervention, the footballer once again changed his version of events.
In this second statement, Alves declared that the victim did not throw herself at him, but that it was the Brazilian who stood up, making it easier to see his tattoo, as it is located on a part of his abdomen near his waist.
Furthermore, the footballer stated in this version that the relations were at all times consensual. The victim denies this.
Change of prison
This morning, Alves has left the prison, Brians 1. Since last Friday, the Brazilian footballer was detained in this prison.
After three consecutive nights, he has been transferred to Brians 2. In addition, the Generalitat has taken the decision to change his equipment for his safety.
According to the information from El Mundo, the footballer will have a new companion, with the intention of improving his adaptability to the prison.
Most of the prisoners in Brians 2 are accused of sexual assault, of which the former Barcelona man is accused.

pls all footballers , let's stop with the tendency of always immediately defending our footballers (no matter how popular or dear they are to us). oftentimes when all these rape allegations come up we tend to immediately proclaim their innocence and call the supposed victims gold diggers who want attention. yes we all know most women of the streets do always come up with tricks to make money but to conclude that football stars are saints is just a terrible assumption. these people have private lives beyond our sight or imagination just like any human being. from ronaldo to mendy and now dani alves....yes most often they are found not guilty but we need to know that where there is smoke there is a probability of fire present. we never know what happens in the background. we just need to require justice for all no matter who it is for or against

In this case, the lady has rightly alleged Dani Alves. We don’t have to always defend the players

Men are always guilty until proven innocent. Women are innocent until proven guilty.

The world is really evil. People desperation to get money making them to do all kinds of evil things. One prostitute will just run to the police in the name of a well established star rape her. Common sense will tell you that a man with millions will never think of raping a woman. All this drama is just meant to get money off Dani. I am never a fanatic of Barca throughout my football life and Dani is no less due to his show of passion for Barca, but I am in solidarity with him on this one because this issue of rape is really degrading the male population, sending thousands of potential young men to prison and killing dreams. The world have to stand up to protect men the same way they're protecting women. We are all humans and we are entitled to equal rights and protection under the law.
