Frenkie de Jong and Patrick Kluivert met up in Barcelona, where the former Blaugrana striker showed the young Dutchman around the city.
The 22-year-old midfielder, who has been in Catalonia the last few days, had the opportunity to unite with Kluivert, who was able to offer a few tips on the transition from Ajax to Barcelona, having made the same move via AC Milan in 1998.
De Jong, his girlfriend, Kluivert, his wife and their kid Shane, who currently plays in the Barcelona academy, took a group picture which was subsequently posted on social media.
The 42-year-old spent two spells with the Catalan club, both as player and coach, and he will look to help De Jong in his adaptation to his new environment.
