Two Real Madrid doctors visited Eden Hazard's house to remove the stitches from his ankle following a surgery he underwent in early March.

To avoid any risk amidst the coronavirus outbreak, they had to disinfect a room in his house before taking out the 30 stitches.

According to COPE, the doctors visited the Belgium international on Thursday, a couple of weeks after his operation took place in the United States.

A Real Madrid specialist and physio will take turns in the following weeks to oversee Hazard's recovery process.

In principle, the Belgian forward is expected to be sidelined for more than one and a half month.
