Dutch referee Bjorn Kuipers will officiate the Champions League clash between Juventus and Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
The Spaniards won the first leg 2-0 and the decider is at the Allianz Juventus Stadium on March 12 at 20.00 GMT.
Kuipers has been assigned as the referee, with assistants Sander van Roekel and Erwin Zeinstra, plus fourth official Dennis Higler.
The VAR will be Danny Makkelie, assisted by Pol van Boekel.
Kuipers turns 46 later this month and already officiated Italian teams twice this season, with Roma’s 3-0 defeat at Real Madrid in September and Napoli’s 1-1 draw with Paris Saint-Germain in November.
His record with Juventus is of just one win, four draws and one defeat.
The lone victory was the 2-1 Champions League semi-final against Monaco in May 2017.
Most notably, Kuipers sent off three Bianconeri players, including two in the infamous 4-1 Europa League defeat to Fulham in March 2010.
Atletico Madrid won two of their matches with Kuipers blowing the whistle, drew one and lost one, but never received any red cards.
However, this did include the Champions League Final defeat to Real Madrid in May 2014, which ended 4-1 in extra time after a last-gasp Sergio Ramos equaliser snatched triumph from their grasp.
