Dybala now has his own 'gladiator' COPA 19 mask made by Adidas

Adidas created a special Adidas Copa 19 mask for Juventus and Adidas Copa 19+ face Paulo Dybala.

Paulo Dybala is famous for his mask celebration, dubbed the 'Dybalamask'. Dybala explained to his fans in 2016 how the ‘Dybalamask’ came about: “Dybalamask is really simple: it’s the mask of a gladiator,” he said. “When we struggle, sometimes we must wear our warrior mask to be stronger, without losing our smile and kindness.”

He went onto say that he ‘transforms into a gladiator whenever he scores, with his warrior spirit helping him through times of hardship.

Inspired by his trademark Dybalamask celebration, the mask Adidas created for the Argentinian consists of elements of the Adidas Copa 19 football boot, including the Three Stripes and the Copa element from the heel. Unlike his laceless Adidas Copa 19+ boots, the Dybala mask comes with laces to hold the mask.

Adidas allows players to virtually wear the mask on Instagram by offering a special sticker. The real Paulo Dybala mask will be not sold.
