Endrick is a doubt for the Club World Cup and Brazil's upcoming World Cup qualifiers, with the Real Madrid forward having suffered a hamstring injury.
The 18-year-old limped off in the 58th minute of Madrid's 2-0 victory over Sevilla last weekend.
The club subsequently confirmed Endrick sustained an injury to the hamstring tendon in his right leg and, though they gave no timeframe, he will reportedly be absent for at least two months.
"Following tests carried out today on our player Endrick by Real Madrid's medical services, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the hamstring tendon in his right leg. He will be monitored closely," they said in a statement.
It is the latest injury setback for Los Blancos, who are already without the likes of Vinicius Junior, Antonio Rudiger, Eduardo Camavinga, Lucas Vazquez, Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao, Ferland Mendy and David Alaba.
Endrick will certainly miss Madrid's final LaLiga game of the season against Real Sociedad on Saturday, before they commence their Club World Cup campaign against Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal on June 18.
The forward would also be unavailable when Brazil play Ecuador on June 5, before hosting Paraguay five days later.
