Chelsea transfer news: The Blues haven't slowed down in the market after their ownership change as Todd Boehly commits to squad overhaul
Chelsea's change of ownership was a scary time for many. Understandably so, too. After 19 years of Roman Abramovich as owner, the first new custodian at Stamford Bridge took charge, and for many young fans it was a move away from all that they had known at the club.
That is without taking into account the effect it had on the club's employees and the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, as well as the restrictions that were placed upon on the club after sanctions were imposed on Abramovich.
That was, in part, due to the almost guaranteed sustained money being pumped back into the club. Whereas the stereotype for American owners has become people looking to make a profit, state-owned clubs have heavily backed their sides with little regard for making money.
That number is expected to continue to rise with Romeo Lavia and Michael Olise seemingly set to follow Moises Caicedo through the door. Mauricio Pochettino has certainly had his way with deals both in and out of the club and the squad available is now almost totally different to the one inherited, let alone to the one Tuchel set out with in May 2022.
15 months on and there have been 27 permanent exits and 28 additions. Here, football.london takes a look at all the deals that have led to this rapid overhaul of players under the Boehly-Clearlake axis.

Chelsea already earned almost $450m and spend $1.1b in 3 transfer windows, that is the reason why Chelsea save from Financial Fair Play rules

They do signing with less transfer fees since their club is in shambles. they are doing everything in a budget including the wage bill.

There's difference.. Chelsea make up with the player sales thus avoid FFP. While Arsenal is the highest spender.
