Ansu Fati leads Spain's Under-21 squad for their matches against Macedonia and Israel in November，
The Barcelona forward made his debut for the age group in October after confirming his allegiance to the Spanish Football Federation.
Due to his scintillating early-season form for his club, many have tipped Fati for a senior call-up and a place in the squad for Euro 2020.
"It's fantastic if Robert [Moreno] thinks he must go to the Euros," U21 boss Luis de la Fuente said.
"FIFA's authorisation didn't come through until after the squad list [deadline] for the U17 World Cup.
"We're building him up, us and his club. We thought it was appropriate for him to be with us now.
"Last month, he was given the chance to make his debut because of an injury [to Carles Perez] and we're sure of his potential."
