It was a lunchtime thriller in Sardinia, as Cagliari fought back to beat 10-man Crotone 4-2 with some particularly spectacular strikes.

The pick of the bunch was probably the Salvatore Molina volley hit sweetly from the edge of the box for the Squali.

There were five goals in the first half alone, including the Serie A debut strikes for Junior Messias, Riccardo Sottil and Molina.

Luca Cigarini saw red against his former teammates and Cagliari extended their advantage through Joao Pedro, even if it was initially ruled offside only to be overturned by VAR.
