'I have no vices' - Ex-Madrid and Bayern star Ze Roberto in great shape at 45

Even at 45, Ze Roberto is keeping in remarkable shape.

The former Real Madrid player has managed to maintain his impressive physique long beyond his playing days.

"I don't have any vices," Ze Roberto said.

"I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I eat very well and I sleep well.

"I have my family, who give me security."

Ze Roberto only retired from the game in 2017, and he puts his longevity down to his lifestyle.

"I believe they're important factors in playing for as long as I did," he added.

"The only person you have to compete with is the person you were yesterday.

"Always stay motivated."
