And ahead of kick-off, Woods joined the Tartan Army on the streets of Munich.
Fans had already drunk airports dry in their homeland and continued to let their hair down in Germany.
And they were joined by Woods, who was dressed in a stylish grey jacket as she put her arms around fans and jumped to Scotland chants.
The host's scar remains on show just above her eyebrow after being the victim of a freak accident on holiday.
The 36-year-old sustained nasty-looking cuts to her face and arm after swinging a pillow that hit a chandelier, causing it shatter above her head.
She was rushed to hospital by boyfriend Adam Collard and taken into emergency surgery.
The injuries led to Woods pulling out of hosting TNT Sports' coverage of Oleksandr Usyk's fight with Tyson Fury last month.
But she made her return for the Champions League final two weeks ago.
Woods is now part of ITV's team for the Euros this summer.
She is set to work alongside a star-studded list of pundits, including Ian Wright, Roy Keane and Gary Neville.
Her first game will be Scotland's opener against hosts Germany on Friday night.
England's first two games of the tournament will be on the BBC.
But Wood will be on hand to host the Three Lions' final group game, against Slovenia, on June 25.
