The wait for Ibrahimovic's response continues, with AC Milan looking to secure the striker for the second half of the season. However, the negotiations are far from easy, as has become evident during the last few weeks.
According to Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it), there are no particular positive feelings within the club about the 'yes' of Ibrahimovic, but rather an anxious wait. Even the player himself has made some changes during the negotiations
Twenty days ago, per the report, he seemed to be confident and enthusiastic about the Rossoneri's proposal, even for just six months. Furthermore, the economic part of things didn't seem too important either.
However, then he asked for an 18-month contract, along with a very important salary. Milan, who were initially confident about the successful conclusion of the deal, is now awaiting Zlatan's response, as the report concluded.

and I am Italian, follow Italian soccer since I was born . and of all does years I was fortunate to see a true Italian soccer player that for me is the best player I ever saw playing the game Roberto baggio. a real soccer player , pure talent , creative , not stoppable . the way he sees the game . it was a pure pleasure to wake up every Sunday morning to see Roberto baggio play . it makes me sad to see Milan now . they use to dominate the football world .

Me, I am a big Italian football fan. I love watching games of Ac milan and Inter milan since my childhood. Both the milan is big brands in italian football. That must be highlighted ever. So that the youngsters could motivate themselves by seeing these legend clubs and to play this beautiful game.

you are making good points π. but in the end of the day , we are inviting all does players from all over the world . and they learn from Italian soccer and they go back winning world cups or championship. and Italian players are benched . I grow up in a time where Italian soccer was on top of the world . now we are lucky if 3 or 4 Italian players are on the field playing . me wanted all does not to come to us comes from a good place . we don't need all does players to go back to the top . that's my opinion .

I am again saying Zlatan is fit for only milan job and not for any other team. Because he has some soft space for Milan in his heart.

it's not about doubt. it's just that I grow up with a different opinions of soccer . I coached all my life , played at a decent level of soccer . I understand this game upside down. all does players that pretend to be good , are good at a certain level . if they are now 30 year old and older and you play for the last few years to MLS or France . how do you expect players like that to come to Italy and succed. it's not realistic . Italy and Germany are the two more difficult leagues to play for . does players will not be successful here or there . it's just not realistic
I understood your point. 30 years old and older can face struggle in the top competitive leagues. No doubt. But, sometime it depends upon the mentality also. You can see Ronaldo working on his late 35, Totti at his 40 and above, Buffon now at his 42, sampadoria's striker and many more old age players playing and succeeding also in serie A. Some of them are world's best also. Apart from any other point i said before, Milan has struggled a lot in finding good players but now they have some good players also. But they are lacking the mental strength. why?? Because they do not have any leader or maybe Experienced player in the team who can demonstrate some good thing to them so that they can learn and gain mental strength. For now, Who would be better suitable for this position for milan job. "Zlatan or someone who is on his mid 20s"

If milan wants to really invest in the current team for serie A, they should bring both zlatan and Cavani, sell calhanoglu, Borini, biglia and samu, and buy Everton soarez, Milan can depend on Cavani, Zlatan, Bonaventura, Leao, Everton and suso
coz cavani and Zlatan was the best duo in psg

And what makes you think Cavani will like to join Milan? .You can't offer him UCL football. Cavani is a class above the present Milan please!
he will come for sure to us if we offer him place because any striker in the world will choose our jersey no matter how the situation of the team π

I said once and I will say it again Milan should focus on Cavani instead of him because Cavani is world class finisher who could be our striker for next 3 years instead of old guy who may bring us something different on the attack or just wasting of money because Ibarhimovic did play the last two years on MSL which not tough league like SERIA A even some people giong to say he's the Zlantan and blah blah blah π.

Why not bringing Cavani, he is way much better now, and zlatan can be his replacement, and send piatek on loan till the season end then zlatan goes and milan will have piatek and Cavani next year
