Isco's injury diagnosed by Madrid & expected to miss 1st UCL leg against Ajax

He already missed the Madrid derby with injury and now Isco is expected to miss the first leg of the Champions League tie against Ajax.

Tests have been carried out on the midfielder and it has been confirmed that he has back and neck pain.

"After the tests carried out today by the Real Madrid medical services on our player Isco, his back and neck pain has been diagnosed as acute dorsalgia and cervicalgia," a club statement said.

"His recovery will continue to be assessed."
