James Rodriguez's Premier League suitors

James Rodriguez will be a Real Madrid player again on June 15, when Bayern Munich's purchase option expires, as he makes his return to the Spanish capital.

But despite his desire to remain at the Santiago Bernabeu, the club are already working on his next exit. Zinedine Zidane isn't counting on him as his views of the Colombian haven't changed since his previous spell in charge.

As a result, James has to consider options he previously didn't, namely the Premier League. Arsenal have repeatedly enquired about his availability, but they're not alone.

The English press have linked him with Tottenham Hotspur this year, should Christian Eriksen leave, while Liverpool's name has also presented itself.

But Manchester United and Chelsea have both come forward as options in recent weeks as well, and the Colombian is fondly admired by both clubs.

Madrid's desire to lure players from both Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge could help in negotiations with one of those sides, with Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard both on Los Blancos' radar.

It's clear for now, though, that Madrid are in no immediate rush to sell their most marketable player, and they know that a good Copa America showing will see his value rise further yet.

So far, it's clear that he won't play for Madrid next season, and in the Premier League there are as many as five teams who would love to have him.
