Jorge Cuenca adds to Barcelona's injury woes at the back

Jorge Cuenca has become the latest defender to suffer an injury at Barcelona.

The youngster had been called up to the first team because of the lack of centre-backs in Quique Setien's squad ahead of their Champions League clash with Napoli.

However, Barcelona confirmed on Thursday morning that Cuenca had suffered an adductor injury.

Setien is currently without the injured Samuel Umtiti and Ronald Araujo, while Clement Lenglet is recovering from a groin problem.

That leaves Gerard Pique as the only fit centre-back in the squad at the moment.

Another youngster, Dani Morer, was expected to be called up to the first team, but he himself picked up a hamstring injury on Wednesday.
