The 2018/19 season is nearing its end and Luka Jovic said farewell to the Europa League on Thursday evening after Eintracht Frankfurt fell to Chelsea in the semi-final.
Jovic has shone in Europe this season, grabbing the attention of Europe's powerhouses - most notably Real Madrid - and possibly changing the course of his career in the process.
At 21 years old, Jovic has proven himself to be a top-quality striker and has shown an incredible ability to score goals.
For this reason, Real Madrid are among those keen to sign him this summer.
To date, Jovic has played 46 games this season, scoring 27 goals and providing seven assists. He has 17 Bundesliga strikes, level with Paco Alcacer and only behind Robert Lewandowski's 22, while he is also level with Olivier Giroud as the Europa League's top scorer with 10.
Europe has been where he has enjoyed his best football this season. He has thrived under the pressure, carried Eintracht on his shoulders and shown maturity far beyond his years. He took down Inter, Benfica, and scored in both legs against Chelsea.
With his European campaign having come to an end, the Serbian scored against everyone he faced and many believe he'll be scoring goals in the white of Madrid next season.

No wonder Real Madrid want to sign Luka Jovic, this man is so good his teammates celebrate before he even takes the shot 😂

Could see Hazard, Eriksen as a replacement for Modric, Jovic for Benzema or at least as someone who is putting him under pressure, Reguilon as out left back, Hakimi or Odriozola as out right back and Ramos with Militao as our CBs if Varane leaves

He is the striker who has scored against all teams he faced in europa competition this season, I don't know if any player has done it b4. Infact, Madrid shd get him as soon as possible no matter the cost
