Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's agent reveals Napoli wonderkid LOVES Real Madrid

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's agent has teased the Napoli wonderkid's future by revealing he is a Real Madrid fan.

The 22-year-old - dubbed 'Kvaradona' in Naples - has been in scintillating form this season, racking up 12 goals and 15 assists in all competitions as he continues his rise to stardom in Italy.

This has no doubt led to major interest from clubs across Europe including Chelsea, Liverpool, Newcastle, PSG and the winger's favourite club, Real Madrid.

Kvaratskhelia's agent Mamuka Jugheli has hinted that Madrid may therefore be in the driving seat for the Georgian international in the summer.

'His father and I are Barca fans, but Kvara loves Real Madrid,' Jugheli told Geo Team.

'If I see him in a Barca shirt I'll be happy, but he's Madridista.

'Napoli director asks me not to be in a hurry — Kvara likes everything in Napoli.'

Kvaratskhelia's future remains to be up in the air with Napoli hoping to keep hold of the 22-year-old who is one of the hottest prospects in Europe right now.

The Serie A giants are desperate to tie him down to a new long-term deal. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli are wanting to double his current salary to keep him at the club and extend his contract for at least five years.

But the future of the Georgian winger will be decided on the basis of the offers from the clubs. It is difficult to imagine how Napoli could turn down more than £100m for a player who cost just £8m in June 2022.

It's understood that Napoli have offered an increase on his current salary, coming to around £42,000-a-week.

Napoli are well on their way to Serie A glory - for the first time in more than 30 years - as they extended their lead at the top of the table to a staggering 18 points with a 2-0 win over Empoli last Saturday.
