Kiko Rivera: I had trials at Madrid, but they realised I was going to be a drunk

Spanish singer Kiko Rivera had trials with Real Madrid when he was youngster.

He never made it as a footballer and he has joked in a recent interview about why this was.

"When they realised I was going to become a total drunk, they kicked me out," he joked while speaking with UBEAT's 'Al Toke' programme.

"I was good, not bad.

"I didn't have a position and I could move around.

"They told me I was free to move around, so I went to the bar."
