Edinson Cavani held the record with 200 goals, but Mbappé has joined the Uruguayan with his double in a 3-0 win over Marseille in Ligue 1.
The France international has scored a phenomenal 200 goals in 247 games with PSG. It took Cavani 301 games in seven years to break the previous record.
Mbappé is now set to become the club’s all-time leading goalscorer. He has also scored at least two goals for the Ligue 1 outfit in 50 competitive games, which is also a club record.
