They're usually on the same wavelength on the pitch, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette have shown that they are in agreement off it too.
The Arsenal strike duo have again been plundering the goals in the 2019/20 season, with Lacazette scoring nine times in all competitions and Aubameyang hitting 20, including 17 in the Premier League as he bids to follow up the Golden Boot he shared with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane last season.
And although much of their YouTube chat with Gunners legend Ian Wright - which was filmed back in February - centred around scoring goals, when it came to the question of skills then they both had one man in mind.
Wright asked the pair just who their most skilful teammate was at Arsenal, to which they both replied "Nico" in reference to summer signing Nicolas Pepe.
Lacazette then added: "Nico, there are some days… like in Dubai a few days ago [at Arsenal's mid-season training camp in February], he took the ball and tap, tap, tap, nuts, come back. One player went like…
Aubameyang then couldn't contain himself and shouted "... on the floor!"
Pepe has had his struggles during his first season at Arsenal having arrived as a club record £72million arrival from Lille last summer, although he has shown signs of improving since the December appointment of Mikel Arteta as manager.
The Ivorian scored in the 2-0 victory over Manchester United on New Year's day, and added another goal, his sixth of the season, in a 4-0 win over Newcastle in February.
As for Wright, there was only one man he had in mind as his most skilful teammate.
"Mine was obviously Dennis [Bergkamp]," he said.
"Dennis was amazing."

Thats rubbish and you know it. If Pepe cant play better than reserve players then why buy him.He isnt worth £200,000 a week full stop.

No doubt he's the most skilful. He takes on opposition defenders all the time but can't do anything useful with the ball most of the time. At least that's how he plays for Arsenal. Who Pépé thinks he is: Messi Who Pépé actually is: Bebé (Remember him? Man United fans?) . It's because he's new to the toughest league in the world and he came from the weakest of the top 5 leagues. He must hit the gym to be able to fully match the demands of the premier league's high intensity football. He was one of only 2 players to register 10+ Goals and Assists in the top 5 leagues last season so we know there's a player in there - He may have played in the farmers league but he didn't play for the best team in the league (PSG) - it was with Lille where he had weaker teammates than he would have had at PSG. Pépé needs time. We will see a better version of him in the coming years - his true version to be precise - if he works hard. 6 goals and 8 assists in your first season here isn't bad, but Pépé must make his dribbles useful and chip in with goals and Assists. That is what we all expect from a €80m man. Nicolas Pépé. Don't write him off just yet

Pépé will come good next season. He would have learnt a lot from these bad experiences. Let's not forget how poor Son Heung-Min was in his first season but he is now currently Spurs' best player. Pépé has the quality no doubt. He scored a high percentage of Lille's goals last season and they didn't have the quality like many other Ligue 1 teams. His performance vs PSG was tremendous for example. If he can perform well against PSG, I'm sure he can do it against many teams in the PL. He just needs time to adapt at a different club, different style of play and obviously needs a full back with better attacking ability to complement him.

Yeah. We expect a lot from him because of his price tag.
maybe when we get a very creative no 10 that can happen... cos all defenders focus on Pepe knowing he's probably the only creator... tho thank God for saka

exactly... not forgetting those two freekicks in one match... plus the season is not over yet so he can add to his tally... but am more interested in next season he would have adjusted by then and am sure he'll surprise everyone

he needs gym but most important thing he have to improve is his decision making in different circumstances. He only lacks desicion making quality if he started making right desicion in right time then he didn't need to work in gym.Take the example of overmars he was also not a very good physical player but his desicion making qualities made him a legend of arsenal
well said.

No doubt Pepe is the the most Skilful player at Arsenal, He can dribble as much players as he thinks and he has great pace too to manage his dribbling. But we are yet to see the real Pepe who was an exceptional player at Lille. Let's hope we can see the real Pepe soon at Arsenal
