The Barça president was the protagonist of disrespectful behaviour towards regional presidents and RFEF protocol, as reported by Marca and confirmed by Relevo.

Joan Laporta won a battle with the injunction that the Higher Sports Council granted to Barça for Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor, but he lost his temper. Firstly, the president of the Blaugrana club celebrated the decision of the CSD as soon as he arrived at the stadium, to his meeting with the board, with questionable behaviour, as captured by the cameras of Esport3, with shouts and a snub. Afterwards, and already in the King Abdullah box, he again let himself be carried away by euphoria and crossed the line of disrespect.
As Marca reported, and Relevo was able to confirm, Laporta caused a stir. After giving a hug to Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor, sitting near the throne on which he was to be installed, the president, beside himself and exalted, began to hurl insults into the air, shout, make gestures and behave inappropriately with regional presidents or RFEF protocol. "Shameless," he went so far as to say, according to witnesses present (and very surprised) in the privileged area of the stadium. There were moments of tension.
At that moment, Rafael Louzán, the new president of the Spanish Football Federation, was not present. Later, when both of them met, the relationship was more than cold. The new Las Rozas leader, asked about the Olmo case during the half-time of the Barça-Athletic match, on Movistar+, did not want to get involved.
"My opinion? We must respect the decisions of an institution like the CSD, we cannot make any other assessment. We learned of the measure when we arrived at the stadium. When we can study in depth what this body has communicated, we will make an assessment that LaLiga will also have to make. The RFEF has scrupulously complied with what is established in a regulation that the CSD approved at the time. I repeat: maximum respect," he said. And he limited himself to explaining: "As everyone knows, the Federation, LaLiga and the Liga F are working hand in hand. That is what is important."

These have been very tense days at Can Barça. Ten days before the end of the year, Laporta met with Dani Olmo's entourage to reassure them. A few days later, he also met with Hansi Flick. After putting his legal services to work overtime, the president has obtained the favour of the Government with a precautionary measure that has raised a tremendous amount of dust .
Athletic Club president Jon Uriarte was the first to open the floodgates with his statements. Words of indignation that seem to sum up the feelings of many other clubs: "Perhaps one conclusion is that we are eight days into the new year and we are experiencing something mind-blowing. Clubs are asked to make an effort to grow, to make our competitions bigger, to come to a country to play far from our fans... But then we experience absurd situations . This is very bad for Spanish football."
Barça announced last week that when the CSD's decision on the precautionary measure for Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor was announced, Laporta would appear at a press conference. With the club in Saudi Arabia, the club has not yet confirmed whether the president will speak there or on his return. Whatever the case, as Helena Condis explained on Cope, a "belligerent" press conference is expected. Looking at the leader's behaviour in the last few hours, such an omen is not surprising.

Why is La Liga and RFEF out to cripple Barca? All the documentation was done before time elapsed except that the funds hadn’t landed in Barca’s accounts. How could that scenario be used to punish Barca when payment was delayed because of the holidays? The way La Liga and RFEF are treating Barca is extremely disheartening

And they criticize Vinicius Jr for lack of character. What a character Barcelona president has. He's a good example to emulate 🤣🤣🤣
