Central defender Alex Martin has left Real Madrid for Leganes, agreeing a two-year contract with an option for a third with the Pepineros.
The 21-year-old played 18 times for Castilla last season in Segunda Division B having come through the youth ranks after spells with Real Betis and Las Palmas.
An international at Under 17 and Under 19 level, Martin joined Mauricio Pellegrino's squad for training for the first time on Monday afternoon.
