Luka Modric announces he is set to leave Real Madrid this summer

Luka Modric, 39, has announced that his time at Real Madrid is over. The Croatian published a letter on his social media accounts to say goodbye to the Spanish giants.

"The time has come. The moment I never wanted to come, but that's football, and in life everything has a beginning and an end... On Saturday I will play my last game at the Santiago Bernabeu...
