According to Mundo Deportivo's latest report, Real Madrid is considering to extend Rudiger's contract by one year, but he will undergo a series of renumeration cut.
The player has become fundamental to Arbeloa but Real Madrid want to renew him for another year and at a low price. Right now the German earns 14 million gross per season and had thought about the Saudi Arabian market before the public opinion exploded.
Antonio Rudiger completed his 12th league game this season in the Madrid derby on Sunday, and the fourth in a row.
