Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder is the man to call if Manchester United or Arsenal are looking for a new manager, believes Tony Cascarino.
Wilder has done a fabulous job with the Blades, gaining two promotions in three years to take the club from League One to the Premier League.
Despite the rapid rise, the South Yorkshire side have not looked out of their depth in the top flight, currently sitting sixth in the table after hammering Burnley 3-0 on Saturday.
His results have certainly caught the eye and former Chelsea striker Cascarino believes he is ready for a much bigger job, in fact, some of the biggest jobs in club football.
"Man Utd job, Arsenal job - Chris Wilder? Absolutely," Cascarino told talkSPORT.
"There would be a snobbery around football that would go for Allegri or Mourinho. But I'm like, 'No, I'd rather go with Chris Wilder'.
"He knows football, he's a proper football person. Like Sir Alex Ferguson, Jurgen Klopp at Mainz, Pep Guardiola at Barcelona B - he's shown what he can do.
"I believe there are managers in lower league football who are very gifted and deserve an opportunity. Chris has gone through the whole lot.
Neither Arsenal nor Manchester United are hiring a manager at the moment, but Unai Emery and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are both under huge pressure after struggling for results of late.

Ole has got to go. Hear me out why. I really wanted to give him more time, but he's shown he's learned nothing and he never will. 1)I think the players are overtrained and pick up injuries more frequently than other. 2)It is very hardly an occurrence that, he makes positive substitutions. We are 1-0 and struggling and why is not greenwood on the pitch, he nearly scored. 10 mins is not a lot to score a goal. 3)Pereira? For 1-2 good touches or passes he makes 10 horrible decisions, selfish and doesn't seem to pass, I bet Rooney at this age would provide more. And he constantly keeps playing. 4)Where are the youngsters gone? Suddenly greenwood is out of favour and doesn't get minutes anymore. Gomes and Chong are basically reserves now. 5)Brandon Williams keeps showing how brilliant he is, yet Young plays over him every premier league game. Why? 6)He keeps playing the same players twice a week, and then eventually in the fourth game they tire out, and then he comes out and says we don't have the intensity bla bla. AWB didn't look fully fit when he came a week ago and yet he has played the last 4 games. 7)He brings back injured players too early and then they get injured again, and are out for months. Pogba, why is he playing Rochdale 90 mins when he's just came back from an injury? 8)Carabao cup is a pointless affair. Shouldn't be wasting players on that competition. 9)What is this unhealthy obsession with the 4-2-3-1 formation? It doesn't work at all. 10)When Garner is playing well, why can't he play ahead of a hopeless Fred. I don't think Ole has the balls in him. He comes out and says young players this and that. 11)Yet Young starts over Brandon in important games. Again and again. 12)Matic, Fred are ahead of Garner when clearly Garner has shown he can play a little. Let Garner have 1-2 bad games and then he can be dropped. Why does he fear that Garner would struggle? He might, he might not. I don't think he will. 13)Mata, Pereira and Lingard keep getting the no 10 slots and all 3 need to be binned. Mata has been woeful whole season, Periera is one step forward, 10 steps back. And JLingz is just okay as a squad player. 14)Possible players who can play better as no10 than these 3 lot: Pogba, Gomes, Garner anyone really. 15)This might sound a little off but I'd start Rojo over Lindelof right now. and bring back Tuanzebe when he's fitter. 16)If any new manager comes, the board and the manager should approve of a 10 players firesale, and I honestly wouldn't mind seeing the back of anyone right now. Then either bring in replacements or promote from within. 17)The standards sometimes are shocking, and honestly we are like Sunderland or a Fulham just richer..
