No gainsaying, Carrick is not good enough discipline and technical wise, this is obvious with the way the players play and how clueless he is when things are not going well, he got players regardless, yet, he is failing on all fronts, I remember professionals such as Jamie Carragher, Roy Kean etc publicly doubting his ability to turn the club around upwardly then, but, he convinced the board with the top three with the same crop of players and a few others he has now failed to improve individually which any top and disciplined manager would have achieved, sincerely, he doesn't have the credentials to be the manager of United, hence, the management only gave him two years contract.
