Memphis Depay: I am capable of playing all 90 minutes

After an injury-plagued start to the season, Memphis Depay recovered in time to play at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The Dutchman came on in the 62nd minute to replace Jenssen in the first match against Senegal, which ended in a 2-0 win for the Netherlands.

In the second match, in the 1-1 draw against Ecuador last Friday, he played more minutes when he came on after the break in the 46th minute.

"Hopefully I'll start against Qatar. Play all 90 minutes? We would have to see how I do during the game, but yes, I think I'm capable of playing all 90 minutes," remarked Memphis to ESPN. The Barca forward hopes to get more and more minutes as the Netherlands progress through the 2022 World Cup.
