40-year-old Spanish superstar Iniesta has confirmed his retirement in today's public meeting. He has created many famous scenes in his career. He has been elected as the MVP of the finals in the World Cup, European Cup and Champions League.
In the 2010 World Cup final, Iniesta scored the winning goal in the 116th minute. He helped Spain defeat the Netherlands on 1-0 and won the World Cup for the first time. Iniesta was also elected the best player in the final.

All Spanish players have won the MOTM honor 18 times in 19 games in the 2008 European Cup, 2010 World Cup, and 2012 European Cup. Among them, Iniesta won the most 7 times alone.
