Fans were heaping praise on Manuel Neuer for his performance against Real Madrid when the veteran goalkeeper gifted Los Blancos an equaliser in the dying stages of the champions league semi-final.
Neuer had made string of fine saves before Alphonso Davies gave Bayern Munich the lead with a thunderous strike.
Madrid were starting to get desperate as the game neared injury time but they were given a lifeline as Vincius Jr's relatively tame strike was spilled into Joselu's path by Neuer.
The substitute tucked it away to level the tie and then compounded Neuer's misery by putting the hosts ahead three minutes later.

How did 9 minutes added time extended by 2 minutes become 14 + minutes. If really Real Madrid paid the referee, he would have blown the whisle after 11+ minutes instead going beyond the extra 2 minutes he indicated. Controversy confused referee. Any way congratulations to the winner.

This match have no space in my memory. Poor officiating. These people are gradually taking the joy of this beautiful game away from us. It's a shame to the modernity of the current football game.
