Former Premier League star Kevin Nolan believes that both Barcola and Nico Williams would be better fits for Arsenal than Vinicius.
Speaking about Vinicius, Nolan told talkSPORT: "He's obviously a very complex character. Some of the things he does off the pitch might not fit Arteta's selection criteria."
"And I think they'll look at those details very closely. What's this person's character like? What's their attitude like? What's their personality like?"
"I think a player like Nico Williams would be a very good fit for Arsenal. Barcola could also work. I think they are both more like the type of players Arsenal would choose than Vinicius."

True but Arteta demands that all his players do their defensive duties. Last season he left Eze out for 6 games for not tracking back quickly enough against Villa. 2 games earlier he had scored an hat-trick against- a poor team up the road.
