Harry Kane has signed a new six-year contract at Tottenham, the club have confirmed.
According to English media, Harry Kane has agreed a new six-year deal with Tottenham that could be worth as much as a staggering £90million.
Kane has developed into one of the world's finest strikers in north London, and will captain England at the 2018 World Cup after scoring 41 goals in just 48 appearances in all competitions this season.
The new deal means that the 24-year-old will lead the club into their new stadium, which is set to open at the beginning of the 2018-19 season.
In total, Kane has racked up 213 appearances for Spurs, and has scored 140 goals, and it has been widely reported that his new deal has broken the club's previously watertight wage structure.
Indeed, Kane signed a new contract in 2016 and was said to be earning £100,000-per-week, though these terms are thought to have doubled his earnings.
The prolific striker follows manager Mauricio Pochettino in committing his future to Spurs, who finished third in the Premier League last term.

Extending the contract doesn't mean he can't move it only makes buying him expensive

This is called LOYALTY and apparently what football is lacking in recent times, we don't get to see one club man like Maldini, Totti, Gerrard(at least till 34), Puyol etc. Most players just want to run to Barca and Real Madrid for money and trophy.

That’s great for Kane so he can develop well and become a Legend at spurs and have no worries about other players like ronaldo or Messi

Actually, There were lots of rumours on Harry Kane joining Real Madrid but When Salah joined Liverpool he took away the spotlight from Harry. One thing for sure though, Harry will have so much power behind the scenes on new signings and managers like Messi.

Signing new contact doesn't mean he can't move elsewhere. Remember what happened with Coutinho at Liverpool. He signed new deal in january and in july he was crying Barca.
