On 2 December, Real Madrid have released an official injury report on Mendy, stating that he has suffered a muscle injury in the biceps femoris of his right leg.

Following tests carried out today on our player Ferland Mendy by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in the biceps femoris of his right leg. His recovery will be monitored.
