Barcelona star Olmo said he is not worried about his recent goal drought, as the most important thing is for the team to keep winning.
Olmo made these remarks after Barcelona's 5-2 victory over Real Betis in LaLiga Matchday 9, a game in which he ended his personal scoring drought.
According to Spain's Mundo Deportivo, Olmo scored Barcelona's fifth goal at La Cartuja stadium, regaining the scoring touch he lacked at the start of the season and helping the team secure their ninth victory of the campaign.
Speaking to Barcelona TV, Olmo said: "I'm happy to keep scoring or assisting, and happy to continue contributing to the team. I haven't scored in a while, but that doesn't bother me. All I want is for the team to win, and the team has been winning. I'm happy, but my satisfaction comes from the team winning and us getting three points."
Olmo played as a false nine against Galatasaray and as an attacking midfielder against Real Betis. Speaking about Barcelona's preparations for the upcoming Champions League and LaLiga matches, he said: "I always try to perform my best for the team, everyone is happy and ready for the week ahead. We will face the Champions League champions and our biggest rivals, we are really looking forward to it."
