Philippe Coutinho didn't rule out staying at Barcelona next season after he completed his final game for Bayern Munich.
The former Liverpool star came on as a 68th minute substitute for Serge Gnabry in Lisbon as Bayern beat Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 to get their hands on their sixth European Cup.
The Brazilian picked up his first winners' medal in European competition after the match, which brought an end to a season-long loan spell at Bayern in which he scored 11 goals in 38 appearances for the club.
There has been plenty of speculation around the 28-year-old already this summer, with Arsenal said to be preparing another loan deal to bring him back to the Premier League.
He joined Bayern on his temporary deal last summer after a disappointing first season-and-a-half at Barca following his £142million switch from Liverpool, but with Ronald Koeman now at the helm in Catalonia he says he could end up staying at his parent club for the coming season.
When questioned by reporters on whether he will return to Barca, he said: “Of course, I have to go back to Barcelona and then we'll see what happens,"
"I haven't really thought about it much, I've only been focused on the final.
"What I can say is that I really want to work hard to have a great year, but let's see what happens.”
Bayern's success marks a personal victory for Coutinho, who came on as a substitute and scored twice in the 8-2 victory over his parent club in the quarter-final.
“We had a great season and we are very happy," he continued.
"We've deserved this and it's a special feeling.
"I'm finding it hard to describe, I'm very happy and we are going to enjoy this a lot today."

Congrats and well done Coutinho. You have served Liverpool well during your time. While some red fans have not taken well to you forcing your move to Barcelona, there are also others like me who do not fault you for it. In fact, the money from your sale has allow us to strengthen the club in key areas thar needs addressing (goal keeping & defence). The additional earning from you and Bayern winning the champion league could probably support our needed purchase in this pandemic. Will continue to follow and support you. From a reds fan - YNWA
