Probable line-ups: Napoli-Milan

Napoli are set to recall David Ospina and Kalidou Koulibaly against Milan, who will bring Hakan Calhanoglu back into their starting XI.

Ospina has recovered from a facial injury and Koulibaly is available again after serving a suspension.

However, Kostas Manolas is expected to be the player sacrificed, meaning Nikola Maksimovic should partner the Senegalese in central defence.

Up top, Lorenzo Insigne, Dries Mertens and Jose Callejon should pick themselves, despite Arkadiusz Milik and Hirving Lozano pushing hard.

Milan, meanwhile, look like naming virtually the same team that beat Juventus 4-2, with only Lucas Paqueta making way for Calhanoglu as the No 10.
