That's absolutely true. Christian Pulisic has been treated unfairly by Thomas Tuchel but the large majority of Chelsea fans are too afraid to admit it just because of how successful we've been under this manager in such a short span of time. Everyone makes mistakes and Thomas Tuchel is no different. Pulisic deserves a good run of games in his position to prove his worth. When he plays in his position, he scores goals more frequently than the other lot.

Yes Pulisic hasn't been playing regularly in previous seasons due to injuries. And when he was at Dortmund, he started off as a 17 year old boy so of course he wasn't going to be a regular at that age. Under Lampard, he was a regular for a while until he picked up injuries again. And if anything, Pulisic's goals made the difference in 2019/20 season because if it wasn't for his brilliance, we would probably have missed out on UCL qualification in that season. I admit that Pulisic was terrible last season but this season he's actually looked a lot better. He hasn't had a lot of minutes (just 1045 minutes in the PL so far) but yet he's the joint 4th highest scorer for us in the PL this season. All the other players who have scored more goals have also had many more minutes - Mason Mount 10 goals in 2185 minutes, Kai Havertz 7 goals in 1707 minutes, Jorginho 6 penalties in 2098 minutes, Lukaku 5 goals in 1327 minutes. Pulisic's minutes per goal ratio is lower than the aforementioned names. So please do the Maths and then ask yourself why I am arguing about this. I know the game isn't always about goals and assists but we need goalscorers on the pitch. The likes of Lukaku and Werner are scoring at a worse rate than Pulisic and then you wonder why I'm moaning.
