Current Rayo Vallecano forward Raul de Tomas believes that Real Madrid have what it takes to win another Champions League.
After winning the last three editions of the competition, the No.9 is confident in his parent club's ability to win a fourteenth title at under the guidance of coach Santiago Solari.
"They didn't start well but after the dismissal of Julen Lopetegui, it was obvious what had to change," De Tomas told EFE.
"With Solari, I see they are much better. They are the best club in the world... and they can win this [season's] Champions League."
Real Madrid travel to face Ajax on Wednesday evening with kick off scheduled for 21:00 CET.
