Real Madrid still have five names on their injury list

Real Madrid visit Viktoria Plzen this midweek and they'll do so without Jesus Vallejo, Mariano, Marcelo, Raphael Varane and Dani Carvajal.

Marcelo, Varane and Carvajal were able to carry out some individual work on the training pitch on Monday, but they are not ready to return.

"They continue with their respective recovery processes," the Real Madrid website said of their progress.

For the session, Santiago Solari called up Castilla players Javi Sanchez, Manu Hernando, Dani Fernandez, Dani Gomez, Zabarte, Augusto and Martin.
