Ukraine coach Andriy Shevchenko has sparked controversy by leaving Andriy Lunin on the bench for the country's 5-0 win against Serbia on Friday evening.

A stir had already been caused by the legendary forward and now coach after he pulled Lunin from the Under-20 World Cup squad in Poland just days before their quarter-final meeting with Colombia.

But the Real Madrid youngster then joined the full national team, only to be left out of the starting eleven for the game against Serbia.

Ukraine's U20s did go on to beat Colombia 1-0 but, should they come up short in the semi-finals against Italy on Tuesday, Shevchenko will surely face further questioning.
