Roma defender Ibanez: Mourinho a bipolar coach!

AS Roma defender Roger Ibanez says working with coach Jose Mourinhi has been "fantastic".

Mourinho is about to enter his third year with Roma.

“It is fantastic to experience him day after day," Ibanez told Rede Atlantida.

“I think he is a bipolar coach, in that one day he laughs and jokes with you, then the next you can't even speak to him."

Asked about Mourinho and the Brazil job, Ibanez added: “I think he would adapt very easily, but only he knows what the future holds."
