According to Fabrizio Romano, if Leeds United is relegated, Rafinha's default fee will be significantly reduced to €25 millions

Brazilian international Rafinha is a target for Barcelona.

According to Romano, Rafinha's current default is 75 million euros, but if Leeds United is relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season, the player's default will be reduced to 25 million euros. That's why Barca is currently waiting for the situation to make an offer.

Romano said that it is not a problem for Barca and Rafinha to negotiate personal terms, and Barca has been in deep talks with his agent Deco since February.

Currently, Leeds United is in 16th place in the Premier League, seven points above the relegation zone.
