Sala Salamo, actress and partner of Real Madrid's Isco, has attracted attention on Instagram with a recent post.

The couple recently had a newborn baby arrive into their lives, and they seem to be enjoying their new company, despite the rigours that come with parenting.

"It's exhausting and even painful, but I love you so much," she wrote, alongside a photo of herself breastfeeding the child.

The post earned more than 112,000 likes in a matter of hours.

Salamo had also already posted about the arrival of the young Piero, having announced his early birth on Instagram.
