Schalke 04 are determined to exercise the option to purchase Jean-Clair Todibo from Barcelona for €25 million, claims Bild.
The Frenchman is currently on loan at Schalke from Barcelona, where he has played in five games in the league and five in the domestic cup.
His recent performance impress fans as he has been named as Schalke's Player of the Month for February.

Usually the buyback clauses are higher than what the other club purchased for. If the dude goes on for what his potential is worth he could easily be 50m+. I think it’s good.

i think that as a positively because in schalke he will develop and became a beast while in Barcelona he will a bench warmer because of pique so if he prove his worth than barca will activate their buy back option few years later while with this money now barca will buy proven players like upamecano laporte so it is a ok deal for me
