Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos asked FIFA president Gianni Infantino to suggest thatUEFA replace Champions League medals with rings in the style of the NBA.
This interesting proposal came to light in Real Madrid Television's 'En el Corazon de la Decimotercera' documentary which offers unseen footage from Los Blancos' latest Champions League success.
Ramos, who got a ring made to commemorate the Decimotercera (thirteenth Champions League title) clearly favours rings over medals.
"They give it more value," he said.
